Route 102 Woodlawn Avenue Track Replacement

RCCSJ furnished and installed approximately 8400TF of new embedded track consisting of new 115RE continuously welded rail encased in an elastomeric rail boot installed on steel ties with accompanying Pandrol fasteners. The project also required RCCSJ to furnish and install restraining rail on curved portions where the centerline radius was less than 1000’. All rail welded on the project was completed by RCCSJ forces using their electric flashbutt welding unit.
